February DCM

On February 17th, Key Club's monthly DCM was held at Clovis East High School at 6 P.M. The meeting began with LTG Imran Khan calling for roll call. Every school who was present presented a brief overview of what their club did over the past month. Shortly after, the LTG covered old business, such as Conclave and the Division Judging Committee and contests. After covering old business, the DCM took a quick break to eat some pizza that was provided by Clovis West Key Club. How generous! After filling their tummies with some good food, the LTG then continued with new business including DCON registration and our division fundraiser for March, the March of Dimes. The meeting then concluded with Division Awards - Rosemary Vue (Officer of the Month), Kyla (Member of the Month), and Debbie Young (Advisor of the Month). To end the meeting, our LTG specifically focused on how the division should end the year by reinvigorating the Division with increased membership with freshmen and sophomores. The Division had a deficit number of members in the last term, and the LTG wants to reverse the loss by gaining new members. Division 05 North Tech Coordinator, Tomy Vettukallel stated, "The Division now has a clear view of it's objectives, and the LTG and DLT members cannot wait to see the success that the Division will have."
